She’s been laying a bit low as of late, but last night (April 23) JoJo was spotted checking out the Operation Smile 2009 Jr. Smile Collection in New York City. The “Too Little, Too Late” songstress wasn’t shy about showing off her own beautiful smile as she made her way inside the Capitale venue
