Miley Cyrus: Looking Good at GMTV
Ever the consummate promotional princess, Miley Cyrus was spotted outside the GMTV studios in London, England this morning (April 24). The “Climb” songstress looked to be in good spirits as she greeted fans, signed autographs, and posed for pictures before heading back to her hotel. And of course, Miss Cyrus was looking cute as a button, sporting a red and grey striped dress teamed with a pair of black high heels
