The “I Kissed a Girl” songstress looked cute in a a funky yellow minidress covered in mini-tassels teamed with sliver heels. In related news, Katy talks about her new single “Waking Up in Vegas,” saying: “We took all the pictures with the minister, with the fake cake, in the fake chapel and got a fake marriage certificate.
