The “Hannah Montana: The Movie” babe is in town promoting her new flick, and making the most of her time across the pond. Though according to a recent report, Miss Cyrus left her heart back in America- with Nick Jonas! That’s right sources tell that the “7 Things” songstress is falling for her ex-boyfriend again.

The Disney darling also made a stop at BBC studios, as she’s in town promoting her album “Don’t Forget,” though it sounds like she may be under the weather. Miss Lovato wrote on her Twitter account, “My throat is on fiiiiire. Anyone wanna bring throat stuff to the show tonight? I’ll love you forever.” Shortly thereafter a fan was spotted handing her throat drops.
